Pacing myself

Pacing can make the difference between a confident and an uncertain recovery. This is take home advice about setting goals without overdoing it.

 If we can build up our demands, and know when to stop we will be more likely to make ourselves proud. Failing to set the pace properly means we do either too much or too little and as a result face poorer outcomes in therapy.  This video discusses structuring goals and thinking about having a manageable load.
